Perfect Peace

Writing has always been a mode of self-expression for me and as of late, it has been my primary. There is an inexpressible joy that occurs watching your thoughts and sometimes divine revelations, take form on paper. It makes tangible the communication between your spirit, soul, and God.

In my writings this very Sunday morning I am reminded and prompted to share with you this scripture from Isaiah.

Isaiah 26:3 (AMP)

You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You—in both inclination and character], Because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation].

Perfect peace can only come from the Father and he has promised it to us if we will trust and take refuge him. Trust him dear ones. Keep your mind on him, let your actions, feelings, and very being reflect him in this season.

Galatians 2:20 (AMP) reads, I have been crucified with Christ [that is, in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body I live by faith [by adhering to, relying on, and completely trusting] in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

There is nothing that catches him off guard or surprises him. He knew where you would be at this exact time, place, and season and has been prepared to equip you through it before the foundations of the earth were ever formed.

Let him cover you and give you what will be needed to strengthen you in this season.

A simple prayer to pray:

Lord, help me to remember your goodness in whatever season I am in.
Show me the areas I need to surrender and trust you with.
Cover me in your perfect peace. Amen

Be lead by his spirit, allow his perfect peace to be activated in your life, and trust him fiercely.

Blessings,

Rashena
