YOU CAN'T GIVE WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE
“You can’t give what you don’t have.”

Hear my cry, O God; Listen to my prayer. From the end of the earth I call to You, when my heart is overwhelmed and weak; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I [a rock that is too high to reach without Your help]. Psalms 61:1-2 AMP
Thoughts this morning:
Sometimes we pour out so much of ourselves into others, things, etc..that we dont realize or acknowledge when we're empty and exhausted. I’m here to tell you that the bad news is you are a normal human and will likely experience these moments often. The good news is……. well, the good news!
Take time to refill. Journal, find a quiet place to be alone, spend time with God, surround yourself with people who genuinely care about and love you, remember who you are and value YOU.
I pray the below scriptures will be as life giving to you as they were to me during those times.
Psalms 3:3 But You, O Lord , are a shield for me, My glory [and my honor], and the One who lifts my head.
Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.
Psalm 55:22 Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.
Philippians 4:6-7 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Psalm 46:1-3 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.
Exodus 15:2 The Lord is my strength and my song; he has given me victory. This is my God, and I will praise him— my father’s God, and I will exalt him!
And last but not least,
John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. “
Blessings,
