There are very few things more frustrating than reading those very words as they appear on your computer screen. Especially when it occurs while you are attempting to complete monetary transactions or the epiphany you had and absolutely MUST type NOW!!

I don't know about you, but I can literally feel blood draining from my face being replaced by a warm surge of terror just thinking about it.

Dread and panic starts to creep in and you begin to wonder, "What now?! Did my transaction REALLY go through? If I reload the page will I be charged twice? What was that I was typing? Did my mind just go completely blank??!!

Before you begin to hyperventilate into the brown paper bag you just grabbed , you realize this very important thing....The world has not collapsed around you and you will live another day to tell the story!!

Facing sudden unexpected life altering circumstances are often uncomfortable, Inconvenient, and down right scary. Sometimes they require us to stop, recalibrate, then refocus. I find more often than not, that exaggerated moment of terror is just that....an exaggerated moment of terror.

Don't get me wrong, I do understand that there may be actual moments where "terror" is validated by the outcomes of sudden life altering circumstances we face.

I am simply suggesting that you don't live stuck staring at life's reload screen wondering if you will make it. You will. Regardless of what happens, or what it looks like, you will make it. Focus on Christ. He’s been there through all of it.

So I have this friend named Jesus... you know....God's Son....and he says this in Luke 21:19 (NIV).."Stand firm, and you will win life." He has you covered, He is your hope! Reload, recalibrate, then refocus!
